On NYEve my husband Danny and a close friend fell victims to a senseless act of gun violence. My husband was initially transported to Del Sol for emergency treatment. However, soon after was transferred to UMC. At which time he underwent surgery to repair the damage done by the gunshot wounds he sustained. He spent several days between the emergency room and ICU and is now by the grace of God on the road to recovery. We are blessed and grateful for everyone’s prayers . Rehabilitation will be necessary to fully restore strength in his hand, and my hope is that he can focus on his recovery and not be

preoccupied with financial concerns. Danny has a long road ahead of him and will be unable to work for an extended period.We are truly grateful for any support or assistance provided whether it be monetary or prayers.
