Dan is just 45 years old and is a devoted husband to Bliss and father to his beautiful girls,Emilia and Eliana.

After a short illness Dan had a devastating diagnosis which has changed his life overnight.

On the 31st of October 2025 Dan attended A+E where Drs feared he may have had a stroke.

After completing a CT scan and a further MRI Dr’s confirmed that he had a mass on his brain.

Dan’s results were sent to Cardiff University hospital where they confirmed that Dan had Stage 4 Glioblastoma. The most aggressive type of Brain Cancer with a prognosis of just 12-18 months to live.

Within 2 weeks of Dan’s devastating diagnosis Dan took a turn for the worse and was taken to hospital where he unfortunately suffered a stroke.

He was blue lighted to the Heath in Cardiff where he underwent emergency surgery.

The surgeons confirmed that his Tumour had grown rapidly and they were unable to completely remove the mass.

Dan spent a week in a Coma in Critical Care.

His Family were told to prepare for the worst.

Dan suffered multiple seizures, and was taken into surgery for a second and third time due to complications and an infection.

Dan woke up, after a long, uncertain few weeks, his family were told that Dan would be severely brain damaged and would not be able to see or speak again.

Dan spent 6 weeks in hospital in total, And being the absolute warrior that he is he’s defied all odds and smashed every step of his recovery so far.

Unfortunately, Dan has been left with brain damage and although he has recovered somewhat his prognosis is still a negative one due to the severity of his cancer.

Dan now faces the gruelling process of undergoing intense radiotherapy and chemotherapy which will highly likely make him extremely poorly.

Dan has been left unable to work and provide for his young family, his wife Bliss is unable to work due to Dan needing 24hr care due to the possibility of seizures secondary to his condition. They also have two young daughters one being 6 and the other 1 years old.

Although Dan’s prognosis is bleak there is options out there that can potentially extend his life for a number of years. This includes private treatment which as you can imagine is extremely expensive.

This man is the most caring genuine soul you could have the pleasure to meet. He adores his little family and would quite literally do anything for anyone.

Dan deserves a chance to spend as much time as he can with his girls, by raising money for specialist treatment this could prolong his life dramatically.
