My name is Brandi and it saddens me that I have to seek help for my sister Crystal. Crystal is a 24 year old young, vibrant, goofy, outgoing, outspoken, smart, beautiful, woman and first time mom to my dear nephew Caiden, and a medical student! Unfortunately she was the victim of another senseless incident in the city of Philadelphia, PA., involving gun violence. Crystal was struck by a bullet in her leg and by the grace of our Heavenly Father God she is alive. She is not okay but she will be with LOTS of help. Her recovery will be a long one and without being able to walk, she is not able to care for herself or her baby boy; I just ask for as much help as you can give. Our goal is to keep a roof over their heads during recovery (rent/bills), pay the remaining balance of her tuition for school, help with formula for Caiden, (diapers/wipes). We want to keep things as normal for Caiden as we can as his first birthday is approaching October 3rd. Their trip to go to Orlando, for obvious reasons will not happen so we are also seeking some support/ideas on how we can celebrate Caiden’s first year on earth. I want to thank you all in advance for whatever you are able to do or give. I ask that you keep my family in your prayers and please pray that Crystal continues to be covered in the blood of Jesus.
