My best friend Brittany & Justin and their family had just arrived to FL to enjoy a nice vacation when they got the call about their house. They were hit very hard by the flooding on June 17, 2024 in Spirit Lake, IA and the flooding continued for several weeks after. When they arrived back home, they were devastated by the destruction of their home. They have weathered many storms, even the worst winter storms, and their house has always stood its ground. But this one has done more damage than anything else they have seen. They lost bedding, couches, clothing, their children’s toys and books, the walls and foundation needs repair and all of the insulation and flooring downstairs will have to be replaced. The mold from all the water has also caused major damage as well.

Brittany is a hard working nurse with 3 loving little boys who could use some help. This fundraiser will be used to help her with the cost of repairs and replacement of items they have lost.
