Please help me by helping out a long-time friend and her daughter with upcoming doctor’s appointments, travels, hotel stays, or anything she needs. Kasi is a hardworking single mom and her sweet little girl is going through more tough times right now. I will share Blakleigh’s story from her mom below.

**All proceeds go directly to Kasi and Blakleigh’s account**

Blakleigh Grace was 13 months old when she was first diagnosed with Hydrocephalus. The cause of hydrocephalus was due to a tumor located in the fourth ventricle of the brain. Blakleigh had her first brain surgery Easter 2015 where an ETV was placed to help drain the fluid. She had to have MRI/CT scans done every 6 months to make sure the fluid was draining correctly. In August of 2016, Blakleigh started hallucinating and having balancing issues. We went straight to St. Louis to have a second brain surgery done. The ETV can clog at any time, so you must watch for symptoms or setbacks that she may have. Hydrocephalus is not curable but is treatable if you stay on top of it. In September 2017, Blakleigh had a checkup with her pediatrician where she felt a lump in her stomach. They did an ultrasound and found a mass in the liver the size of a grapefruit. We packed our bags and headed straight to St. Louis. On 9/08/2017, Blakleigh was diagnosed with stage 3 Hepatoblastoma (liver cancer). From 13 months all the way to now being almost 11, she has been in and out of the hospital. After multiple rounds of chemotherapy and Y90 treatment, the mass was resected from the liver in Wilmington, Delaware. She has done amazing since all the treatment. She has been a champ the entire time with strong faith in God. Starting December 2024, Blakleigh started having setbacks. We have another MRI coming up to see if the ETV needs to be drained again. With multiple trips back and forth to St. Louis, any help or prayers would be more than appreciated. You can follow her page on Facebook (TEAM BLAKLEIGH) to follow updates. We appreciate any prayers or donations you all give.
