Hi, my name is Kristy, and I’m a friend of the Wienert family.

As many of you may know, our beautiful Arja was seriously injured at a party at North One Mile Beach on Saturday night.

Arja sustained a serious skull fracture and was airlifted by helicopter to John Hunter Hospital. On arrival, she underwent emergency surgery to relieve pressure on her brain. She is currently in the ICU, where she is being cared for by an incredible team of doctors and nurses.

Right now, Arja’s family’s only priority is being by her side and supporting her through what is an incredibly frightening and uncertain time. I have started this fundraiser to help ease some of the financial pressure on the family, allowing them to focus on Arja and her recovery without having to worry about the additional costs that come with such a devastating and unexpected situation.
