I come to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for help.

Andrew Synot, a loving husband and father, has been battling with bladder cancer with unwavering courage for the past 5 years. His attitude since being diagnosed at only 31 years of age has been nothing short of inspirational to those around him. Deciding to face each day with optimism, positivity and a real love for life and those around him.

Despite his determination, the disease has taken a devastating turn and spread to his lungs, liver and brain. Unfortunately today the palliative care nurse has given him just a few weeks left at best. As he faces this final chapter, his greatest concern is not for himself but for the family he leaves behind.

Andrew's wife, Rachel, and mother to their 4 year old Alice has been a pillar of strength, looking after Andrew, while working and caring for their daughter, but even the strongest among us could use a hand in such circumstances. As she prepares to say goodbye to her beloved husband, she is also burdened with the daunting task of providing for Alice and what comes next.

The fear and uncertainty that weighs on Rachel's shoulders as she grapples with the emotional and financial strain of losing her partner and ensuring a stable future for her daughter. Bills continue to roll in, and the looming prospect of funeral expenses only adds to her anguish.
