Please Help, and Support our son Marcus's Dreams

Hi, my name is Leeza, and I'm starting a fundraiser for our son Marcus Cooney. Marcus is an extremely bright and joyful 12 year old. He loves science, that's his favorite subject in school. He absolutely loves playing video games online with his friends and family. It's a great way for him to keep working on his social skills and stay connected with everybody. At around 4 years old our son was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophe. With no cure the best the doctors could do was slow down the disease, allowing Marcus a considerable amount of extra time walking. In the last few months his walking has declined and his mobility has decreased. Myself and my family are reaching out to the community in search of a miracle. Any donation is very much appreciated and will go towards to adding a handicap lifting chair to our stairs to help him up and down the stairs daily and also giving our son the essentials as well as uplifting his spirit and showing him how special he truly is to everyone. He's fighting the battle of a lifetime with a smile on his face and a positive attitude, while reminding us to appreciate life regardless of circumstances. Thank you and God Bless
