Hello, I'm Cassie and I'm hoping to raise money for my dog Stormy.

Stormy is the sweetest, most gentle dog in the world. She’s five years old, loves snuggles, cheese, and most of all — her dad. She’s truly a daddy’s girl and loves going to work with him every chance she gets.

Unfortunately, one day at work there was a terrible accident — a coworker fell and landed on Stormy, breaking her elbow.

It’s been about a month since the injury, and although we’ve done everything we can to keep her comfortable with pain medication and rest, she’s now showing signs of distress. The vets confirmed through X-rays that she’ll need surgery to repair her elbow.

The lowest estimate we’ve been given is $7,500, and we’re hoping to raise $5,000 so we can make up the difference ourselves and get her into surgery as soon as possible — before her condition worsens or the procedure becomes more complicated and expensive.

Stormy means everything to us. While I know we've let her down by not being prepared for a situation like this, it's not a mistake we'll make again and any amount you can give, no matter how small, will help her get the care she desperately needs.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading, donating, or even just sharing Stormy’s story.
