Please help stop my father's suffering

Hello, my family has made this page to ask for support for our current situation. My dad was diagnosed with Gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, Stage 4 Cancer. He is 73 years old now and just stopped working as a dedicated guard for his whole life.

He is a very selfless person and has always supported us. His life savings was only £400 and it has been used already on the tests he had, before we got to know that his deeper, underlining issues were actually cancer…No one in my family has the financial means to help us

Upon completing consultations at the hospital, he could not stay for any treatment because we can't afford the hospital bills :(

Digesting food became increasingly difficult to a point where he can't even swallow his saliva, and it is one of the worst feeling to see my father in pain. Doctors would if funded do insertion of feeding jejunostomy. They will also perform Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) biopsy. These will be perform to prioritize pain control and provide enteral access for nutrition in light of impending Gastro Esophageal Junction obstruction. After that, he will be in palliative chemotherapy. The doctors know our limited financial resources so we have to wait until we have the financial capacity for my father's needed surgery. I hope this page might be a way for my dad to stop suffering from the pains. He is fighting and hopefully we can fund for his life.

He will undergo surgery so he can live his last days peacefully and without pain. Just over a months time, he has lost so much weight.

In Philippines we have no money and it would be miracle if someone helps us...
