Please help Steven with life saving surgery!!

My name is Ethan.Steven is my little man; he is a Bearcoat Shar-Pei and a clever little escape artist! He is about 15 months old and my entire world (don't tell my cat). Everyone who meets him loves him; he is an exceptionally gentle ladies' man and a massive sook bum while also one of the most handsome dogs you'll ever see/meet.

Unfortunately, he escaped from a friend's house while he was on a play date for my birthday on the 23rd of May.

He has unfortunately been hit by a car and requires immediate surgery to save his front right leg. His Elbow appears to be shattered or severely fractured, with loose fragments of bone hanging around inside the joint.

After surgery, it will be a few months of healing and rehabilitation and possibly more surgery depending on the extent of the injuries.

I have RSPCA Pet insurance, but they will only reimburse me 80% after paying the whole amount upfront.

If I can achieve this goal, once I receive my reimbursement from my Insurance, all funds will be donated to an animal charity to help other people's animal friends in need if steve doesn't have further complications.
