Hello family and friends,
Steven Polson recently faced a life-changing accident. On July 15, he was hit by a vehicle while riding his motorcycle. Thankful for the officer who saved his life with a tourniquet and coordinated his transport to Harborview. That evening, he had his first surgery, an above-the-knee amputation, to prevent him from bleeding to death. The next day, they performed another surgery, an amputation to mid-thigh, to suture up all the blood vessels.
As Steven and his wife, Victoria, tackle this challenging time, we want to rally around them with love and support. The man who hit him has been charged with Felony Hit and Run, Vehicular Assault, and Driving without an operating license or insurance. So, they have to navigate this tragedy all on their own.
The main focus is to provide them with monetary assistance as Steven recovers and adjusts to his new way of life.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
