Hi, my name is Sy Goldman. I've been friends with Steve Moore (on the right in the above photo) since 1972 (7th grade). Steve was diagnosed and treated for laryngeal cancer starting in 2021. In March 2022, he was diagnosed with colon cancer. Chemo began in May 2022 at the VA. Steve is facing radiation and surgery. He's too ill to work and has been living on short-term disability, which provides only a tiny amount of his already meager salary in IT. Steve has used up his entire life savings in the last 2.5 years to survive. He lives in a modest apartment and has a modest lifestyle but is literally facing homelessness at the end of this month. Please help me ensure that Steve, an ex-Army veteran, doesn't become homeless while being treated for cancer for the 2nd time in less than three years. Every penny will pay his rent, food, and living expenses for the next six months. Thanks for your help!
