Please help Steve Cawley and his daughters

My name is Ellen Kyranakis and I am hoping to help my brother Steve Cawley, a US Navy Veteran and single father of three daughters, through the most challenging time of their lives.
Steve’s world, and that of his daughters, was turned upside down when he was diagnosed with a Grade 4 Glioma. The Glioma is a cancerous tumor affecting his brain, creating pressure and causing symptoms that include headache, nausea, confusion, problems with thinking and understanding information, memory loss and personality changes. Unfortunately, while he was suffering from these symptoms but before he was diagnosed, financial decisions were made that were illogical and even irreversible (such as letting his life insurance policy lapse). The location of the tumor is on his brain stem, making it inoperable, but since his diagnosis, Steve has pursued all possible treatments to prevent the worst from happening, but unfortunately, cancer has now spread to his spinal fluid, and he has run out of treatment options.
Steve has entered hospice care and is trying to process his inevitable fate while focusing on his three daughters and their future without him. The medical bills from Steve’s treatment in a clinical trial in Houston, as well as his need for 24-hour care, will leave these young ladies with extensive medical bills to pay off while grappling with the excruciating pain of a future without their Dad.
We are hoping you will give Steve peace of mind that the girls will have financial help to pay these bills and to assist them in the future when he is gone. We appreciate your consideration of our request and look forward to confirming for Steve that our Veterans are never forgotten and always remain valued. Thank you.
For those of you who don’t know Steve, here is a quick bio so that you can be assured he is deserving of your help in his hour of need. Steve is a Brooklyn-born New Yorker. Instead of college, he enlisted in the US Navy where he worked on sonar and radar technologies. If you ask Steve, he’d say the most important thing he got from the Navy were life skills, lifelong friends, and learning the importance of truly embracing the concept of “paying it forward”, which he always did.
After the military, Steve moved to Australia for a job in sales that required him to travel extensively. He's the kind of guy who has a long and successful career in sales because he has a great sense of humor and a willingness to listen. Steve eventually returned to the USA and wanted to have his children grow up near family. Steve is a long-suffering Jets, Mets and Islanders fan, who will always say that New York is home. But due to the cost of living in the northeast, Steve moved his girls to Texas eight years ago so they could receive a quality education that was affordable and would prepare them to attain the college diploma that he never received.
Steve Cawley is many things to many people (Dad, son, brother, uncle, friend, Veteran, BBQ guy extraordinaire) who was fortunate to travel to many places but his favorite memories are the days at home with his three daughters.
