Please help Stan Gallant through a sudden medical crisis……

There are moments in life that arrive without warning and change everything. This is one of those moments for our family.  We are reaching out during an incredibly difficult and unexpected time.

Stan is a loving father and a man who has spent his life showing up for the people he cares about. He is the one who works hard, make sure everyone else is okay and is the first to offer assistance to friends, often putting his own needs last.

Dad never imagined that one day he would be forced to stop everything because his body simply would not allow him to continue. A sudden and serious cardiac illness in November has left Stan unable to work for an extended period of time.  This frightening medical emergency has turned into an ongoing battle with an initial surgery,  requiring a return to the OR and another potential repeat surgery still is on the horizon within the coming days. This ongoing battle requires rest, treatment, and time to heal. Right now his focus needs to be on surviving and recovering.

The reality is that life‘s bills do not pause for illness.  Being self-employed makes this even more difficult.

The loss of income has been devastating. Every day necessities like housing costs, utilities, groceries, medications and basic living expenses have quickly become a source of constant stress.

Asking for help is incredibly hard. This fundraiser exists because he has reached the point where he cannot do this alone. We need dad to be able to focus on what truly matters which is getting better.
