Please help Snoopy get medical treatment

Hello, my name is Alejandra. I have a shih tzu named Snoppy. He's 5 years old and has been my emotional companion since he was a baby. He's given me millions of moments of love, joy, companionship, and loyalty. Two months ago, he started having pain in his back and his legs. He underwent several tests, but he needs an MRI for his back, which costs $4,000. I currently don't have insurance that can help me cover this expense, so I'm trying to raise as much money as I can to provide him with the treatment he needs. He's currently on pain medication, but without it, he can't walk or eat. The neurologist I went to is waiting for this test to be able to diagnose him. The place I need to get it done at is UGV (University of Georgia Veterinary Teaching Hospital). I truly appreciate everyone who can help me.
