Please help Shirley jo (Smiley) through cancer!

My amazing, helpful, loving, beautiful, hardworking, hilarious sister has just been diagnosed with stage 2 HER+ invasive ductal carcinoma (aggressive breast cancer).

she is still in the discovery stage with lots of appointments to meet the entire oncology team. There is a good chance because of her diagnosis she will need to have hormone blockers, HER2 protein blockers, chemotherapy, radiation, as well as surgery. Needless to say she is looking at a tough road in 2024.

She's always worked her butt off to take care of her two kids, even before that. But being hit with this and her kids' own medical problems has really knocked things back.

She does so, so, so much for people and animals. She works at an animal clinic and volunteers at a rescue.

I know she hates to ask for help, but I also know that she is and will be struggling financially for a bit. It was around $1,000 just to get diagnosed.

She will have to take time off work while on chemo and healing from surgery. And as we know, bills don't wait.
