In Loving Memory of Shawn- support for Sonya, Kids

Updates have been posted below this main post. But we wanted to post the Celebration of Life Information for Shawn:

A Celebration of Life for Shawn will be held this Saturday, April 8th @2pm

3815 East Broadway Road Mesa, AZ 85206

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in honor of Shawn Hemmings to:

Our dear friends need your love, support, prayers and financial assistance for Shawn Hemmings who suffered a severe stroke on the morning of Thursday, March 30th.

The long-term outcome of this event is unknown. At the time, the doctors do not believe that this is a situation where they can go in and operate to repair the damage done.

We all know how much Shawn and his entire family are such giving members of their community. Shawn is always there to volunteer and help when help is needed.

If you would like to contribute financially, it would be such a gift as they do not have health insurance to cover the medical side of this. Sonya, his wife, will need to remain by his side in the coming days and will be off work as they face the very uncertain future. We know that any financial contribution will relieve some of that extra (financial) burden for all of them.

Please remember to pray for peace for this family and a miracle for Shawn.
