Sha Shu is an orphaned kitten adopted by a local single parent refugee family living in Broadmeadows. On Sunday evening Sha Shu was picked up by a community member and thrown on the ground resulting in an extremely painful broken leg. The kitten has been taken into veterinary care and the family is now facing up to three thousand dollar for surgery and possible removal of her leg.

The family experience significant financial disadvantage and would be extremely grateful for any assistance in helping their beloved family pet.
