Please help Sergei get his arm and his life back!

Hello friends, I wish we weren’t in a position to need this, but I am reaching out for help and donations for my family- my brother who lives in Ukraine and who was impacted by the fighting and bombings.

He has had to do multiple procedures to save his arm due to a shelling that occurred in March 2022 while on his shift as a paramedic. Thankfully the amazing doctors were able to save his arm but due to the shelling he had multiple shrapnel wounds that resulted in him losing his shoulder joint and part of his arm bones (as seen in the photos). We are so lucky and grateful that his hand can function, but due to the shoulder injury he is unable to move his arm up and down.

We are trying to raise money for his surgery on October 25 for a prosthesis, so he can have use of his arm again. 

This fundraiser is in order to help raise the money needed for the surgery, which is $20,000, Both my brother and my mother (who is 75!) are working and trying to raise money, but due to the war and situation in Ukraine it is difficult. If you are able to donate, or at least share this with others that would be so so appreciated. Please help us help Sergei get his life back!

Привет друзья, я обычно не делаю этого, но я обращаюсь за помощью и пожертвованиями для моей семьи — моего брата, который живет в Украине и который пострадал от боевых действий и ракет. Ему пришлось пройти несколько процедур, чтобы спасти руку из-за обстрела, который произошел в марте 2022 года, когда он работал фельдшером. К счастью, замечательные врачи смогли спасти его руку, но из-за обстрела у него были множественные осколочные ранения, в результате которых он потерял плечевой сустав и часть плечевой кости (как видно на фотографиях). Мы пытаемся собрать деньги на его операцию 25 октября по протезу из-за того, что его рука держится на коже и мышцах. В настоящее время в Украине начался сбор средств, чтобы помочь собрать деньги, необходимые для операции, которые составляют 20 000 долларов, но, к сожалению, из-за трудных времен во время войны это немного. Если кто-нибудь может пожертвовать или сделать репост этого сообщения, все может помочь и будет очень признательно.
