Please help send Riley Rumbel to Nationals . . .

Riley Rumbel, an 11-year-old athlete from Muswellbrook, has recently qualified to compete in four events at the upcoming Australian Track & Field Athletics Championships in Brisbane from 17-21 November 2022.

Riley recently competed at the NSW PSSA Athletics Championships in Sydney, receiving the following outstanding results: 1st Multi-Class Senior Boys Shot Put, 2nd Multi-Class Senior Boys 100m, 2nd Multi-Class Senior Boys 200m, 2nd Multi-Class Senior Boys Discus and 4th Multi-Class Senior Boys Long Jump. Multi-class events are for students classified in the National database as having a disability or impairment.

Riley is one of 11 children, and the local family will experience significant financial expenses to get Riley to Nationals. Please help raise money for Riley and his family. Any donation, big or small, will be very much appreciated.

It’s Riley’s dream to compete at Nationals. We can’t wait to watch the little, quiet boy from the bush compete against Australia’s best athletes!
