Please help us be ready to say goodbye to Marlena

Please help if you can, for those who helped with her 1st go fund me to help with her fight from smarcb1 (ini-1)-deficient sinonasal carcinoma Marlenas cancer has now metastasized and she is now stage 4  and Dr agrees its time to take her home to Florida to be with her family. As fast and aggressive as its growing we need to move fast getting her home while we can. She is starting a trial drug to help slow it down and are we praying hard for a mircle.
