Please help save the home of Fernando and Virginia

My dad, Fernando Sierman is a very thoughtful person and a great father. He always has my best interests at heart. My dad has been a single father basically my whole life. He has always tried his very best to give me a good life, and I am very grateful for him. Unfortunately my dad had his second stroke on Nov 14, 2022. He was not physically able to go to work for all of November and most of December. A typical work week for my father is over 60 hours. Since he wasn't able to work, we were not able to pay our then $3,000 mortgage for our house by the end of 2022. Now we have to pay atleast $18,000 to continue living there. Normally my dad has very good financial integrity but due to his stroke he hasn't been able to make payments. This house is very special to us. I have lived there ever since I was a baby and we never intended on losing it. It is our home. Where all our memories are kept and all the fun moments we've shared. At this point we have no other homing options. So I ask you from the bottom of my heart, please help us save our home.
