Hi my name is Sione Kula. I'm in desperate need of help to raise funds for my little brother Soane Kula. He is facing a medical emergency and currently lives in our small country of Tongan where they do not have the medical facilities needed to face this battle. His heart is failing and needs medical intervention now to survive. Our goal is to raise funds to have Soane operated and treated here in Australia so that he can return back to Tongan to his beautiful wife and kids. Soane is only 21 years of age who should have an entire lifetime ahead of himself.
