Please Help Save Reba

Reba is my best friend and heart dog I honestly cannot imagine my life without her by my side. Recently I noticed she started slowing down and stopped eating she just was not acting like herself so that was a huge red flag so I immediately rushed her into the vet where we found out she has Bladder stones and is having an issue with her spine so shortly after she was put on pain medication and special dog food to help the stones pass but unfortunately it has not worked Reba has been losing weight rapidly and she is still not acting like her happy-go-lucky self and I just cannot bear to see her to suffer any longer so at this point our only option is surgery because I cannot give up on her she means the world to me But I am heartbroken to say that I cannot afford any of the previous vet bills leading up to this point the surgery alone is quite expensive. I normally would never ask for help but I am in desperate need and it would break my heart to give up on her she's my entire world.  

I know this is asking a lot but please consider helping my sweet Reba any little bit would mean the world to us both
