Please Help Save Pepe Caldo!

We are doing a fundraiser to save our Ma and Pa business Pepe Caldo Pizzeria that has been in operation almost 14 years. Over the past 2 years we have experienced numerous hardships due to Mike's traumatic brain injury. This has caused us to close the restaurant at times to see specialists or provide care for his seizures. It has also created his inability to temporarily work at Pepe. There are many days when we run as a 1 person operation with a volunteer driver! Our Landlords have been very understanding and patient with us throughout and allowed a grace period for some rent payments for the restaurant.

As of January an amount of $30,000 was owed. Being blessed with amazing customers we have been able to pay $4,000 leaving a balance of $26,000. Our landlords have a proposition for us to pay half the amount ($13,000) in ONE LUMP SUM to keep our lease. If we cannot meet this proposition they will NOT renew our lease.

To renew this lease and keep Pepe Caldo going, we need to raise $13000 in past due rent within the next week or so. We appreciate ANY support and would love to continue serving pizza and SMILES for many more years. We are desperate and pleading for help!!!! If this does not work we WILL be closing our doors soon
