Please Help Save Nova

Long story short we were taking my sweet Nova to the park and she stepped on the window controls in the back seat (theyre normally locked) and she ended up slipping and falling out the window of my truck going 40mph. She hit hard and tumbled down a hill. Got some road rash and some cuts and has multiple fractures. They offered to amputate and Im scared of that so I want to try and save her leg and theres no way Im putting her down. Shes my families joy and although she can be a pain in the ass shes my little girl and has brought us closer together. Please share and donate if you could! Shes only 9 months old.
