Please Help Save My Family Home After Heartbreaking Loss

Hello, my name is Lanaya Martin, and I’m reaching out during one of the most painful and challenging seasons of my life. I lost both of my parents—but most recently, I lost my mother on Mother’s Day last year. Since then, life has been an emotional, mental, and financial struggle.

I’m now doing my best to hold on to the home I grew up in—the place filled with the love, memories, and legacy of my family. Shortly after my mother’s passing, I also lost my job. Grieving while trying to manage depression, bills, and daily life has been overwhelming.

I’m currently at risk of falling behind on the mortgage and I need help to keep this house—the one place that still feels like home. My goal is to raise $5,000 to bring the mortgage balance current and give myself a chance to catch my breath and begin to heal.
