Please help me save my dog Moose

This is me with the love of my life. His name is Moose and he's 8 years young. He has always had a loving and happy life free of pain or loneliness. Moose has been the light of my life since my brother passed 10 years ago. He has been my best friend, my rock, my everything.
Moose has always been a healthy pup. I make his own dog food, he's constantly running up and down the Bull Creek trails and he even has a best friend names Takota.
Yesterday something horrible and unexpected happened, Moose was having trouble breathing. Moose has always dealt with allergies especially here in Texas so at first I thought it was allergies. I quickly realized something more serious was going on. I took Moose to the vet and they discovered that his lungs and heart were abnormally positioned due to excess air surrounding his chest cavity. They quickly treated Moose as best as they could but in the end we had to take him to an emergency clinic. There he was diagnosed with spontaneous pneumothorax a very serious condition. 
The surgery he needs he very expensive but that doesn't matter. I would give up everything and anything just to bring him back home safe and sound.
I am asking and begging my friends, family, and to contribute whatever they can to get Moose the surgery he so desperately needs. Right now hes hooked up to oxygen but he is still unable to breathe properly on his own after they pulled almost 2 liters of air from his chest.
