Urgent

Poor Moose is in a critical condition at a vets in Bury st Edmunds , he's got either a kidney stone that's ruptured his urinary Tract, kidney stones or a tear somewhere and it's made him toxic very very suddenly ideally he needs to be moved to Dick whites now for immediate surgery or he will die , we haven't got much time and we need to try and raise money so he can be treated as the vets will refuse care without payment . The family are not insured and have had some medical issues recently that has used up the savings they kept in case of emergencies for Moose the biggest of hugs to his family and I'll update as I know anything

Moose

Dick Whites (DW) admitted Moose into ICU last night and phoned at 1am with an update. They ran ultrasound along with blood tests and testing fluids that are pooled in his abdomen and around his kidneys (in places where he shouldn’t have fluid). The ultrasound didn’t show any tears or kidney stones but there is an area on Moose’s kidney which is showing ’bright’ on the ultrasound, they have taken a sample of this to hopefully rule out cancer. His abdomen is looking ‘angry’ but his bladder looks normal. The family will get more test results back by late morning today and I'll update when we know more.

He has been getting lots of attention and the Vet, Stefano (who has Golden Retrievers himself) said Moose is certainly a very special boy and they will do their best.

Vet bills so far for yesterday as vets was approx £2000
