Please help Mila - Emergency Vet Bill

Our beautiful 10 month old, German Shepherd, named Mila was admitted to hospital last night after a rapid deterioration in her condition.
Mila had been suffering from an upset tummy for a couple of days, we were monitoring her and changed her food to a bland mix of rice and chicken.
Yesterday after we both arrived home from work around 7pm, we noticed that Mila had gotten worse - she was quite lethargic, had dry gums from dehydration and wasn't interested in her food. We rushed her to an after hours vet in Springfield.
The initial consult didn't show anything too alarming. The vet gave us 2 options - Admit her overnight for a drip to help with hydration & pain meds or Get the pain medication and go home. Then seek further treatment from our local vet the following morning.
Due to costs we opted to take her home and monitor her before seeing our usually vet the next day.
After we left, we only made it 10 minutes down the road before Mila vomited in the car. We immediately turned around and took her back to be admitted into the after hours Vet for treatment.
We left to go home without our girl. About an hour passed, we were home in bed, when we received a call that Mila's condition had worsened quite dramatically. She had passed 2 very bloody diarrhoea's and her gums were quite discoloured. The after hours vet said she would require 24 hour monitoring which they did not offer so we had to move her to the 24/7 hospital at Jindalee.
We arrived at Jindalee around 1am this morning (2/10/19) The vets at the hospital warned us that they had seen dogs in a similar condition that did not make it through the night.
They believe Mila is suffering from an extreme case of gastro (HGE) which can be fatal.
Mila spent the night hooked up to an ECG to monitor her heart as she was presenting a distressed irregular rhythm, she had a drip as well as multiple medications, blood tests, stool testing and an ultrasound of her tummy.
Mila has made some improvements this morning but we are not out of the woods yet. She needs to remain in 24/7 care for a least an additional 24 hours.
Our current vet bill for the initial over night treatment has already cost us $2,200. The current quote for her total treatment required is $4,500.
We were not prepared for this expense and so now we are facing the financial stress of trying to find the funds to ensure our girl gets the care she needs to recover.
Mila is up to date for all her vaccines and is regularly wormed and treated for ticks & fleas. Unfortunately there is no preventative measure for HGE.
We hate to ask for help but even just a small donation will make a big difference.
