Please help save Mariana's eye

Hi, my name is Anaïse. I have known Mariana for about a year now. She is a hardworking Ecuadorian mother of 4 (with a 12 years old with disability) and grandmother of 3. She has been experiencing blurry vision and pain in her right eye for about a month. She visited three eye specialists that confirmed she is suffering from the beginnings of retinal detachment. It is an emergency. If she does not get operated on this week, she might lose her eyesight permanently. The cost of the surgery is 3600$. Unfortunetely Mariana, a housekeeper, does not currently have employment, and her husband, a security guard, makes just enough to provide food and shelter for his family.
