2023 was a most difficult time for our friends, John and Alan, who suffered the loss of 3 beloved pets. John and Alan are devoted pet parents

JAMES, A friendly beautiful tuxedo cat lived a long happy life died of natural causes. He was 19+ years old.

BENNIE, their loving 12-YEAR-OLD YORKIE lost his battle with a terrible virus that hit him suddenly. A devastating loss.

ISABELL- A shy 17 YEAR OLD kitty passed only a few weeks after Bennie.

John and Alan welcomed 2024 with the RESCUE adoption of Lilli, an adorable Yorkie pup. Seven days after she was brought home, she passed a veteranary wellness examination with flying colors. Unfortunately, only 2 days after the exam, Lilli fell critically ill and is in hospital fighting pneumonia along with other serious health issues. She weighs less than 2 pounds. The good news: Lilli is slowly improving. Lilli’s $1,000 per day care in the veterinary hospital has exceeded $5,000 and climbing. Her prognosis is promising with continued veterinary care. Her pnenumia will take an estimated 7 weeks to finally be out of her system. Lilli is a fighter.
