An Update on Junior

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share that our sweet Junior passed away.

Despite the care he received and everyone’s hope and prayers, his injuries were simply too severe. Our hearts are broken, especially for his owner, who loved Junior with all his heart.

I want to thank each and every one of you who donated, shared this fundraiser, or kept Junior in your thoughts. Your kindness has been overwhelming and has meant so much during this difficult time.

Although Junior is no longer with us, there is still an outstanding veterinary bill for the emergency care he received. Every donation will go directly toward paying those expenses, ensuring his owner is not left carrying this financial burden while grieving the loss of his best friend.

Thank you for giving Junior every chance possible. Your compassion has made a difference, and we will never forget your generosity.

Our wonderful neighbor, Ken is an older gentleman who lives on a limited income. His beloved dog, Junior was recently attacked by another dog and suffered serious injuries. Right now, Jr urgently needs veterinary care, but the cost is far beyond what he can afford.

For many people, a pet is family, and that’s especially true for Ken. Junior is his constant companion, best friend, and source of comfort.

We’re asking our Oakville community to come together and help cover the cost of emergency veterinary treatment. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward Juniors medical care.
