Please help save Joyce's house

Hello, as many of you know, my dad passed away very unexpectedly. My parents were already struggling financially when he passed and had fallen behind on the house payment. Today, we found out that since my mom is not on the deed or mortgage she has very few options. She has to pay the missed payments as a lump sum (they will not accept smaller payments) or she will go into foreclosure. We are working on getting the house transferred to her name, however, Wayne County Court system is backed up and this could take several months. Please help me help my mom stay in her home.
