Save ERKEAIYM from Relapsed Neuroblastoma!

Dear Friends,

Just recently, our little Erkeayim, my cousin’s long-waited only child, was diagnosed with a recurrence of neuroblastoma. In 2022 and early 2023 she went through two successful surgeries and chemotherapy treatment thanks to the generous support from our friends and families from around the world.

Erkeayim was on remission about a year being happy with her loved ones at home and celebrating her life and 4th birthday a month ago. Despite her young age, Erkayim has a very strong positive spirit and she strongly believes in her dreams to become an actress and play fairy tales' roles of very brave Hero Girls.

 

Erkayim was under doctors' monitoring with regular check ups in her home city Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and at the Emsey Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, where she got her treatment. We were so happy to know about good results from those check ups until the latest one that revealed the relapsed neuroblastoma.

Currently, Erkeayim and her mother are at the same Emsey Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, and started the first high-dose chemotherapy courses. The cost for such chemotherapy courses is $25,500, while the total estimated amount for treatment is $153,000. According to the doctors, the treatment might be correlated based on the chemotherapy results.
