Hi, my name is Matthew and I'm attempting to crowdfund in aid of my dear and close friend, Cristina Pastor.

Cristina is 42 and was born with Congenital Heart Disease and has recently been informed by her cardiac specialist that she is at risk of heart failure complications within one to two months, unless a Tricuspid Valve Replacement and new Epicardic Pacemaker can be fitted.

However, the NHS waiting list is several months away and the only hope for Cristina is to pay to have this urgent invasive medical procedure performed privately and as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this is very expensive and we are trying to raise a significant portion of funds to contribute to it so she can proceed with this immediately.

Cristina is a beautiful and highly intelligent person with a big heart. She speaks numerous languages and has worked tirelessly with adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. She's also raised money for numerous charities.

This is a very anxiety and stress-provoking situation for Cristina and for her family and friends. Any contribution to this cause would be greatly appreciated.
