I’m writing this on behalf of Coco, our beloved family dog. The past few days have been incredibly overwhelming for me and my family. I never imagined I would be starting a GoFundMe or asking for any financial support, but right now our family and Coco need your support.

Coco suddenly became critically unwell over these past few days. She is currently losing blood, and despite emergency care, the vets are still unable to determine the underlying cause. She urgently needs a blood transfusion and must remain hospitalised with IV fluids and oxygen support until a specialist can assess her on Monday.

The cost to keep her stable from last night through Monday is approximately $10,000, and this does not include the additional scans and testing required to find out what is causing the bleeding.

Coco is the heart of our family. She is what brings us together. Despite being so unwell, she still wags her tail when she sees us. That small gesture gives us hope during this hard time.

We are heartbroken, but we are doing everything we can to give her a fighting chance. Without this treatment and further investigation, we may be faced with the devastating decision to euthanise her purely due to financial constraints.
