Please help Saida get the treatment she deserves

Donation protected
For those of you who might be unaware, In June 2020 my beautiful girlfriend Saida was diagnosed with a rare and very aggressive form of acute T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma.

Saida is an amazing 25 year old woman who , prior to her diagnosis was devoted to helping others within her role as an NHS nurse.
The NHS in turn have provided
treatment to aid Saida’s  recovery but it is not working and we have exhausted all options within the NHS, which leads us here.

This horrible news took everybody by suprise as she was a young, healthy women, they immediately started giving her steroids and chemotherapy to try and attack the cancer which for the first 4 months was going incredibly well, the mass had gone from 16cm to an amazing 12mm, this was incredible news and things were starting too look up..

The chemo cycle then came to the end and it was a waiting game for CT scans/results to find out the next step of the plan was. then in october after the results had come back, during the waiting period the mass had started to grow again and had become immune to the ukall-2011 chemo, therefore brought a number of other problems such as major fluid on the lungs this has meant that saida has been in and out of hospital having 1,5 litres of fluid drained every couple of months, this included staying in for 5 weeks over the christmas period not being able to see any form of friends and family, which was absolutely heartbreaking for everyone. The doctors then come up with a plan trying a chemotherapy called NECTAR, this was meant to have been stronger and "should" have gave it the zapping it needed. this wasnt the case ..

The first cycle of NECTAR showed partial signs of response so as for the whole duration we were all very pleased to hear positive signs again, they then started the 2nd cycle which we were all so optimistic for to finally get rid of the mass and get her home, to be told it had not had any response this time around and the mass had actually been thriving off it, therefore had again grown back.

for the whole 8 months we have been going through this ordeal, all of the consultants that me and the family have had meetings with have ALL said they will cure saida and there wont be nothing to be concerned about..
26 january 2021 siada gets told there is no more they can offer in terms of treatment except one blast of radiotherapy and a course of steroids, which along with still having 500ml - 1litre of fluid taken off her lungs daily seems to have hit the cancer and we are getting some positive signs so far without any scans. after this there is no more that derriford can do, there is a chemo but at  this moment in time it is unavailable in the UK. This has now brought us to the point of having to approach the lymphoma specialists at St Marys private hospital in Hammersmith, London.
We have also had to reach out to other hopitals across the UK and Europe who specialise in lymphomas in any hope that some one can help battle this horrible disease that has incredibley damaged the family.

All me and the family can do is, really really reach out to anyone that can help us try to build some sort funds to get Saida the help she is required because we are getting desperate now and with a bit of support it think we could get this girl back up to the top of the mountain where she belongs, fit and healthy.

PLEASE if anyone can donate as much or as little as they can we would all greatly appreciate it from all of the surrounding family and lets get this spiteful disease put away for good.
