Please help Rupert to walk again and his chances of survival

It has unfortunately come to the stage where I am having to urgently ask for help towards Rupert’s vet fees and future treatment costs.
Anyone who knows me will know that Rupert is my absolute life and soul, my child and my best friend, I live and breath purely for this angel boy. Rupert came to me in a very dark time after tragically losing my 1 year old sprocker Ralphy in a hit and run, he is the reason I made it through those times and came out of the dark. He is the most lovable, snuggly pup and certainly the biggest character! If he isn’t chasing birds and zooming around with his toys, he’s snuggled up with me having the best snuggles, a serious mummy’s boy ❤️
Unfortunately last Thursday night Rupert started to show signs of affected balance, completely able to walk but just a little wobbly, by Friday morning Rupert was able walk a few steps before falling into the nearest wall/obstacle in front of him, especially when turning a corner, he was taken to the vets and I was told he didn’t think it was spinal as he was bright in himself and passed his reflex exam, and were sent away with anti-inflammatory and pain relief with high expectations to see major improvements over the weekend, but Friday night to Saturday morning Rupert took a very fast decline and was completely unable to stand unaided, he had completely lost all ability to walk. I rushed him to the emergency vets where they CT scanned his spine, they found Rupert’s discs are not in a great condition, however this certainly was not the cause in the loss of his mobility, he had a hospital stay to receive the medication and care he needed, and the following evening a CT specialist advised that Rupert can come home under 24/7 nursing care from home. When I collected Rupert he was a shell of himself, again in 24hrs he had completely deteriorated at a rapid rate, barely unable to even support the weight of his own head. He is on all sorts of pain relief, muscle relaxants and steroids around the clock to hopefully see a big improvement within 48hrs…fast forward to today we saw the vet and he has had no improvement, the vet has advised that Rupert needs an urgent MRI & spinal surgery referral to identify what exactly in the spine is causing the paralysis effects on his body and operate if possible. I have been quoted £8000 for this alone. If I couldn’t do this the only other option they could offer was for me to euthanise Rupert, to go from being told it isn’t spinal to I may have to euthanise my boy within the space of 4 days has completely broken me. I have been providing his around the clock care and will do anything for my little boy. Unfortunately this year Rupert has had a condition that has eaten into his insurance and after spending every spare penny on his care over the weekend, I am asking for help to go towards the costs for his MRI, potential spinal surgery and further treatment costs, I will not let my little Rupert go without a fight, and this is most definitely worth a try to save my little boys life ❤️
If you can please donate anything to go towards saving Rupert’s life and enabling him to walk again it would be amazing! And if you are unable to donate, sharing this plea with your family and friends is so so appreciated!! Anything you can do to help my Rupert ❤️ we will be so grateful, thank you!
