Please help Ruby Woo walk again.

Hello, my name is Ruby Woo and I had an accident, I now have a slipped disc in my back. My back legs are paralyzed and I am no longer able to walk or use the bathroom on my own. I will need to have surgery and tons of rehab in order to ever have a chance at a healthy life. If you are able to help me out in any way I would truly appreciate it.
