Please help Rochelle & her family

Rochelle Paras, fondly known by our family as Cheche; needs urgent surgery by specialist doctors to remove fast growing internal pelvic tumours

Her two young son’s & dedicated unwavering husband love & need her...

We (her family both in Philippines & here in Australia) love & need her & have tried to help as much as we can by giving blood, preparing daily meals & so much more but unfortunately upfront payments are required for this big procedure which needs a larger village to contribute...

As her only overseas family, we please need your help to raise AUD $15,000 equivalent to approximately PHP 500,000 into our nominated Australian bank account as soon as possible... The Philippines is not a supported country by GoFundMe. Once the billing department updates the final amount, the funds will be directly transferred to Rochelle; the recipient, to settle her Philippine General Hospital account

UPDATE

Thank you so so so much to our generous donors! It has only been a week and while we only have 20 donations, we have raised an amazing AUD $3500 (PHP 130,000)

Rochelle had 4 large fist sized malignant tumours removed. Over the size of an entire arm! Which were cutting off circulation to her leg. Unfortunately, surgeons weren’t able to remove the remaining tumours in the colon due to risk of bleeding out on the table but thankfully she is one step closer and was able to be there for her eldest son’s 7th birthday yesterday despite having a high fever

The surgeon fees were paid by her husband’s credit card as surgery was needed very urgently; faster than we could raise… The first $3500 raised is now being sent directly to Rochelle to cover the borrowed amount which of course incurs high fees and puts a young family like this in dire straights quite quickly

Please, we understand we are asking a lot, we have aimed slightly higher than needed but some more donations would really help save her life to keep her around for her boys
