After much resistance on my part to the encouragement by others to do so, I have decided to go ahead and create this fundraiser. I will keep this short and sweet out of respect for the time of anyone who is taking a little bit out of their day just to read this...

Many of you know that mine and my husband's financial situation has been a serious struggle for the last two years, and that we continue to face these challenges - and then some.

My computer is my world nexus. I use it for everything I do in both a professional and personal sense. I use it to edit and manage all aspects of my art and art sales, for my website and social media, for work, for groceries when time is of the essence, and for a little morsel of escapism at the end of a long day whether that be to play a game with my husband or to watch a little TV (which we do not own). Unfortunately, this past weekend it decided to kick the bucket. This means that in many ways, I am either stuck at a standstill or functioning at a fraction of my normal capacity; and I simply cannot afford to purchase another computer at this time, which would meet the basic needs I have.

As such, and based on the encouragement from many of my awesome friends and family, I am asking for a little help ONLY IF you are able to give it without putting yourself in a situation where you are having to sacrifice on my account. Any little bit helps. Thank you so much in advance.
