We’re not giving up! We just need your help!

My name is Sammy, most of you know me as the girl behind the counter at Voltzys Rootbeer Stand. I am setting up this go fund me for numerous reasons. The main reason is to help keep voltzys alive! Unfortunately Rick (Voltzy) himself has had to face a lot of health issues this year which has led to a recent BTK (below the knee amputation) of his right leg along with an ICD implant. The estimated recovery time is still currently to be determined which makes this journey all the more stressful. It also means we will be closed until further notice because even though serving all of you  is one of our greatest pleasures in life Ricks health is our main priority! It is going to be an endless job all on its own keeping our eyes on the prize and pushing Rick to give everyday his all that I can’t possibly open right now by myself. Which means if we can’t open , then we have no money. No money means stress and stress will not help with his healing process, or my sanity. Especially with Christmas around the corner while having a 3 year old boy.. we understand this year has been horrible for everyone. But if there is the slightest chance you guys are willing to help us we promise the money will go towards the business, our personal bills /needs  as well as  ricks medical needs. The holidays are a stressful time for most already so I’m sure you can only imagine our thought process and worry while trying to wrap our minds around our next step moving forward with his recovery! We love each and every one of you and appreciate all of your love and support. If you’re unable to donate anything we completely understand we just ask that you guys keep us in your thoughts and prayers!
