Since November 2023, our lovely Max has been kept from his home, his mother, and his two brothers after what was supposed to be a routine weekend visit with his Father. Max had a good routine and stayed with his Father often so what followed was shocking and has been nothing short of heartbreaking.

Max had a happy life surrounded by love, laughter, and stability. But since that visit, his Father has refused to return him, taking him from his mum, brothers, family and school he was happily settled in. In the months since, accusations against my sister Max’s mum have been turning a loving family’s life upside down. He has isolated Max and cut him off from everyone who cares deeply for him, including all of us his extended family.

We are now in the middle of a year long legal battle to bring Max home, and we are raising £600 to cover the cost of releasing key evidence that is vital for the court to make a fair and balanced decision. Without this, the truth is being buried beneath lies and manipulation.

My sister has been fighting this without legal help, simply because she can’t afford it. As a family, we miss Max more than words can say we are missing his milestones, his growth, and the joy he brings into our lives.
