Please help Remington with gunshot wound

Remi is a year and a half old. Very lovable sweet and full of personality. He recently obtained his own Instagram. Remi was rescued by spay Mart after being found abandoned in a parking lot. Last January Remi was adopted by his mommy, Brandi. Remi is full of life and the life of every party.

 Monday April 5th, Remi escaped while trying to charge a battery on a vehicle. He was only gone for an hour and a half and return home bleeding profusely from his face. In obvious pain.  We immediately rushed him to the vet. It was there that we learned that his jaw had been crushed. X-rays showed a bullet entry and exit wound consistent with that of a 22 caliber gun. This happened in Saint Rose. A police report has been Filed however the medical expenses are upwards of $5000. Without this surgery Remi will need to be humanely euthanized. He has not finished living please help his mommy cover the expenses of this surgery so that he may continue to bring smiles to all that meet him.
