Please Help Remi Get the Medical Care He Needs

Dear friends, family and kind strangers,

Remi, our beloved boy who has brought endless joy and love into our lives was involved in a tragic accident and was run over by a car. On August 21st, Remi was enjoying a walk in the alley behind his home and a car passing by didn't see him and ran him over. The driver didn't notice and continued to drive away as Remi cried and I screamed in the street, holding him and then rushing him to the animal hospital. He survived and is fighting, but sustained severe injuries that require immediate medical attention. He broke his femur, bruised his lungs and other internal trauma. The estimated cost of his treatment, including surgeries, medications and care is $10,000.00.

As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly difficult time for us. Remi means the world to our family, and we want to do everything we can to ensure he gets the care he needs to make a full recovery. However, the financial burden is overwhelming.
