Hi, my name is Angela. I love Jamaica and visit family and friends there regularly and I am heart broken by the loss of lives and devastation following the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa.

I am raising funds to help the local people in George's plain Savalamar Westmoreland. They Lost roofs, homes, belongings and have been displaced due to hurricane Mellissa. Money will go to supporting them with necessities as they still have no power or food supplies.

Our community in George’s Plain, Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland has been devastated by Hurricane Melissa.

Many families have lost their roofs, homes, and belongings. Some are still displaced, without power, clean water, or food supplies. The storm has left our town struggling to recover, and many of our most vulnerable neighbors — the elderly, families with small children, and single parents — are in urgent need of support.

We are raising funds to help provide emergency necessities, including:

Food and clean drinking water

Basic medical supplies

Tarpaulins and materials to repair damaged roofs

Clothing and bedding for displaced families

Every contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward helping affected residents in George’s Plain rebuild their lives and find hope again after this disaster.
