Climbing Snowdon to Deadlift at the Summit for Crohn's & Colitis Charity!
Hello, my name is Alex McEvoy, towards the end of September (date to be confirmed) me and a group of ambitious friends are embarking on a one-of-a-kind challenge to climb Snowdon Mountain, but here’s the twist - I’ll be deadlifting at the very summit!
Why am I doing this?
Every step up the mountain and every weight lifted at the top is dedicated to the many brave people battling Crohn's Disease and Colitis. Someone really close to my heart was recently diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. These conditions affect countless individuals, causing physical discomfort and emotional distress. I want to raise awareness and funds for the incredible work being done by the Crohn's & Colitis charity, offering support, research, and hope for a brighter future.
How can you help?
1. Donate! Every little bit counts.
2. Share this campaign. Let's spread the word!
Where will your donations go?
All proceeds will directly benefit the Crohn's & Colitis charity, aiding in research, patient care, and community support.
For those unfamiliar with Snowdon, it’s the highest mountain in Wales, standing at an impressive 1,085 meters above sea level. This journey is not just about reaching the top, but also about the strength and endurance it represents - much like the daily struggles faced by those with Crohn's and Colitis.
With your support, we can not only conquer Snowdon but also make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by these conditions.
Let's make a difference together. Please donate and help spread the word!
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
