Helping Hands Ministries Medical Emergency Fund

Hi, my name is Esther and I am fundraising on behalf of the Helping Hands Ministries, Uganda to help children who are in urgent need of medical attention.

This ministry is close to my heart because I admire them for being so passionate about helping not only the children who live at their orphanage, but also those who live in the wider community. Helping sick children is their number one priority and thanks to you the supporters, they have been able to help several children.

Currently, we are helping a young girl named Esther. A few months ago, she was taken to the ministry for help because of swelling in her face and mouth. An appeal for help was made for her at that time, however she did not receive any support. Yesterday, she was brought back to the ministry because her condition has worsened due to the lack of medical attention. The swelling has gotten bigger and she is feeling a lot of pain. Unfortunately, her family cannot afford to take her to the hospital so they are hoping that she can be helped by the ministry. Thanks to your kindness and generosity, Helping Hands has helped a lot of sick children, and we are hoping to do the same for Esther.

We do not know the cause of the swelling, but as you can see in the cover photo, her condition is getting worse. Below are recent videos of Esther:

I am raising funds for her to be taken to the hospital urgently so that she can be examined and diagnosed and to pay for any tests, procedures or surgery that she may need.
